The reflective stripe appealed to me for winter runs in our mild climate. I was shocked at how transparent they are- ended up keeping them because I am a lazy returner of stuff and they fit, but I will definitely ONLY be running in the dark. SB will undoubtably pretend this is on purpose and fancy fabric, and god I hope it is for the price, but if I'm paying that much I want a pant I can cool down stretch in without showing all the goods or feeling like I'm wearing that see thru worn out swimsuit at the pool. The compression is nice, but I found I still had to work them up a little as they slouched on my run. And of course, being so thin, I flashed back to the last time I wore pantyhose, went to pull them up, and thought my hand would rip a big hole. You can find better quality and less pricey tights. Very disappointed with these leggings. I saw reviews that said they were transparent but assumed that was the light coloured leggings, however, I purchased the black leggings and they were also transparent.
