How to clean your boots:
1. Let the boots air dry thoroughly - away from heat. Avoid the temptation to put them on a radiator as this will weaken the adhesive bonds at the sole.
2. Remove the laces (if the boots have them), and use a damp cloth to remove excess dirt from the upper and outsole.
3. Lightly brush the boot with a shoe-care brush to remove any dried dirt from the stitching.
4. We recommend re-applying a water repellent spray at regular intervals. This will help to maintain the performance of the boots. Always test on a small area first in case the spray darkens the colour of the upper, and follow the instructions on the packaging.
5. On leather boots, you may wish to apply a polish or conditioner to maintain the look and feel of the leather. Try to select a polish which matches the leather colour as closely as possible, and remember that dark polishes will also darken any stitching.
