I personally think this remover is great. I did the trick when removing my waterproof eye makeup and I had really low expectations, especially considering past reviews for this product. What worked for me is that I applied it to a cotton round and smeared it across each eye and let it sit for about 30 seconds, gently massage, and then it seemed to melt away quite nicely. This is the worst eye makeup remover I have tried. I specifically asked the sales rep for advice regarding which product to buy to remove the Estée Lauder mascara I had bought the previous week. I asked about Take It Away and she said this was better. It is useless on waterproof mascara. A very expensive mistake which has put me off the brand as I feel as though I was mis-sold in order to increase sales of this ineffective product. Very disappointed.
