It takes off my eye make up easily and as I have very sensitive eyes it doesn’t in any way affect my eyes. It takes a bit more to take off mascara (not waterproof) if I’ve put a few coats on but all in all it is a gentle remover and I’m quite pleased with it. The top is very easy to remove you just press down very slightly and turn it really couldn’t be easier and is not difficult in the slightest

Love love love this product - I've been buying this for years, I always stock up to make sure I have it in my bathroom in case it gets discontinued (because you never know). I cannot tell you how this product even functions because it is impossible to open. I took it back to the original store I bought it from and they were able to open it a couple times but I can only open it every 1 in 20 tries.
