I like the adjustable ties around the neckline/ it has the appearance of a hoodie - but without the annoying hood part. The fabric is lovely and soft, kind of silky feeling but not clingy. The thickness is just right- not too heavy. Looks smart. Originally posted on www.evans.co.uk
