I bought a yoga sports bra which was lovely, except it was too small (I'm usually a Large, but in SB items, Large appears be more on the Medium side). So I went to return it using Evri's collect from home service. Unfortunately I had to be out when they were turning up so I left the bra in a waterproof bag on the doorstep, mostly out of view but would be obvious to the Evri driver. However, some kind soul nicked it before Evri arrived, which is nice…. so all in all, not the best experience - but not SBs fault or Evri.
