Waterproof & warm, but I'm perimenopause and this doesn't make me overheat like my normal coat. Recently went up on the beach in the North East while storm Kathleen was blowing Gail force winds. My coat was perfect, love it. I'm size 18 and ordered the Sm/MedMy hubby bought a different colour, he's XL and ordered the L/XL as he's 6 feet.Both perfect for our walking.
