I bought this product after not purchasing anything from Boden for a bit due to corporate changes in the quality of the fabric and finishing. I took a chance but I feel that I should have held off. The dress is disproportionate in the fit. The sleeve and wrist is extremely tight, the chest/ bodice is overly large and I felt like an actress in an old barmaid outfit. The front is loose, hanging off of my body, the shoulders do not sit on your shoulders at all but hang off, and the fabric is thin. In an appropriate sized bra my chest is open to air, and exposed. In order to wear this dress it would need major alterations. I have always purchased the same size and have had a perfect fit. Unfortunately, it was on sale, I believed the party line that the company had evaluated itself and changed. Boden is not there yet, so I am stuck with this awkwardly designed dress.
