Ordered a 46” regular. Sizing is some way out as this was spacious on me, even when adjusted at the back, and I haven’t shrunk. Also, didn’t like the fact that the back of the waistcoat is in the same flowery material as the suit jacket lining rather than the same material as the front of the waistcoat. It looks cheap.
