Excellent service , delivered when stated. Delivery drivers informed me of the time of delivery, both were very efficient. Chair is very comfortable, covered with excellent quality fabric. Was easy to assemble and came with the tools to tighten the legs which were marked with front and back numbers. The chair came wrapped in a cloth bag and a well sealed cardboard box. Would definitely recommend buying this chair.
