Not as advertised. The shelving unit comes in white, not in wood. Obviously you can’t find this out until you unpack all three boxes it comes in and then they tell you must repack it for them to collect it. The first customer services person I spoke to was very rude and tried to explain it was my fault for purchasing the wrong colour option when there wasn’t a colour option for the shelving! Did get a much nicer person the second time. We ended up keeping the wardrobe and it does the job, but the door does not sit straight even after adjusting as in the instructions - it doesn’t adjust enough in the direction it needs to go. The rails do not fix into the holders so they come off if you knock them and dump all the clothes on the floor. Not very smooth running drawers either. Not impressed for the money at all.
