First one arrived and was obviously a return. Not in original packaging and totally smashed to bits on arrival. Arranged a return but next didn’t send a label or any instructions so Evri wouldn’t take it. Ordered another to replace this and it arrived in a branded box with loads of packaging to keep it intact. OH had to replace the supplied connection with a smaller one as the supplied one was too big for a regular light fitting. All in all a bit rubbish.
