True to size very comfortable

Lovely pair of boots but they are packaged badly so they always look scuffed when they arrive. This is probably the fourth pair I've ordered and 3/4 pairs have arrived scuffed. The one pair that did arrive unscuffed broke after 10 months of wear - the heel snapped off. Such a shame because they are a lovely well fitting pair of boots
