Whilst the mascara is very good, Clarins let me down big time, and I will not order from them again. It took nearly a month for them to ship my order. I sent various emails to ask what was happening which came back with automated replies of high volume of traffic of other people's emails and it would take them time to reply. I tried to cancel the order twice. On the second time I asked for a refund, they shipped the mascara. When you order a new mascara, it is because you need a new one. Whilst I was waiting for Clarins to ship, I tried a free sample mascara Chanel had sent me, and I prefer that. So, unfortunately for Clarins, I won't buy from them again, their loss, not mine. They should try not to make their customers feel like a chump for trying to buy something from them. I normally don't leave reviews, I don't have time. I've switched from guerlain to this product. Great everyday mascara lightweight and no clumping ! Really easy to separate lashes with the right size brushe- hate massive brushes. Will be buying this on repeat . Originally posted on www.clarins.co.uk
