Wash my hair every 3-4 days as it becomes frizzy otherwise. I also run a bit so it tends to become slightly greasy underneath. This shampoo doesn't cause it to go frizzy. I wash first with ample shampoo and a good scrub, follow with another shampoo which I leave on while I finish my shower. Scrunch dry with some oil and leave to dry naturally. It works for me!
